Children

Thank you Treasureland Volunteers! We couldn't have worship without YOU!

Vision of Treasureland

Children worshipping Jesus at their level for God's glory!

Values of Treasureland

Fun Fellowship- Adults have coffee time, and children need to have their version of coffee time too! Part of Treasureland worship includes activities that are fun for children and places for them to meet new children and connect with their friends and servant volunteers.

At Their Level- Just like Philip took time to explain God’s words to the Ethiopian man at his level, we want children to hear about God in a language they can understand and apply into their lives. Creative Bible stories and hands-on activities make this possible for all children in Treasureland worship.

Intentional Relationships- Our servant volunteers invest in not only the future of Faith Church and God’s kingdom, but also the present. We believe children bring just as much glory to God’s kingdom as adults. So, part of our worship experience includes small group time where children not only learn how to apply the worship message into their lives outside the church walls but also build relationships with their leader(s) and other children.

Trusting Environment- Treasureland worship is safe. Period. Our servant volunteers have had background checks performed on them and additional references before serving in Treasureland. This is all according to our Child Safety Procedures at Faith Church. Moreover, we want all children to feel safe, not just physically, but also emotionally and spiritually. Our goal is that each child feels safe at all three levels while worshipping with us in Treasureland.

Home Partnership- We know that we can’t compete with the influence that parents have on their children emotionally and spiritually, so we look forward to partnering with all homes no matter what they look like. After all, we don’t find many, if any, perfect homes in the Bible. Our worship experience incorporates resources that we call Faith Builder Resources. These are updated online every week for FREE for YOU. Starting with toddlers and continuing through 5th graders, parents have the opportunity to continue the worship experience by talking about Jesus at home with tools that directly correlate with the worship experience children just enjoyed in Treasureland worship. Our goal is to work with your home to influence the faith of the next generation.
