Today’s Chapter: Acts 14

“But the Jews who refused to believe stirred up the other Gentiles and poisoned their minds against the brothers.” Acts 14:2

The power of the tongue…. These Gentiles refused to listen to Paul’s message because of what other people were slanderously saying. Not only do we have to watch what comes out of our mouths but we have to guard what goes into our minds. We have the ability to disperse poison and we have the ability to be poisoned. False accusations, inaccurate opinions, gossip and lies infiltrate conversations. Do you ask yourself if you heard it yourself or could it be like the game operator and you to dismiss it? How can you protect yourself against mind-poisoning?
