What Can I Expect?
Come as you are! You’ll feel comfortable in jeans or business casual wear. We’re more interested in meeting your real life needs than with what you wear.
We want you to feel welcome and our greeters will meet you with a friendly smile.
Age-appropriate services for the kids
If you have children, we know that you want them to have FUN in a safe environment. Faith Kids is a safe and secure worship experience designed just for kids from infant-grade 5. We invite you to stop at the First Time Families area when you arrive, and we will help ensure that you know where your children are and that we know how to reach you should your child need you during Faith Kids worship. At Faith Church, we are committed to partnering with parents as we build the faith of our children. We pack kid-friendly, relevant and meaningful strategies for children to learn how to worship Jesus at their level for God's glory.
Our worship services are designed to meet you where you are, in a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere. We aim to creatively communicate the truth of God's Word in a way that is easy to understand. Our services are also an opportunity to connect with God through worship. You'll find upbeat, inspirational music, a relevant message, and people just like you. When the offering time comes, please know that you are under no obligation to give, and we really mean that! Giving is an act of worship for those who call Faith Church home. We also have signing for the hearing-impaired at the 11:00 am service in a designated area of the back left side within the Dyer Campus Worship Center.
Support for people with disabilities
During weekend services, 1-on-1 support is available for any service in any setting, including Faith Kids. During the 11:00 service, a special classroom with modified curriculum/adapted worship experience is offered for individuals with lower cognitive functioning levels. Private, quiet space is also available for families that prefer that setting.
What we believe
We believe the Scriptures to be the inspired Word of God and our ultimate and final authority for faith in practice. We believe clear, Bible-centered teaching and preaching is essential for the transformation and connectedness of individuals and the church to Christ. We use the ESV translation of the Bible because it is trustworthy, accurate and easily read. We preach from the ESV, but will use other versions in quotations & references when appropriate. We encourage you to bring your Bible to church (whether in book form or on your smartphone or iPad).
