Bob Bouwer, Senior Pastor

Bob Bouwer graduated from Northwestern College and Western Theological Seminary. He began his ministry serving a church in Fort Lee, NJ. It was there God developed his passion for outreach. Bob began his ministry at Faith Church in 1990. It is Bob's hope to be a part of the training of leaders for the next generation that will be godly, passionate and faithful.

Mike Pitsenberger, Dyer Campus Lead Pastor

Mike graduated from Concordia College, Moorhead, MN and Western Theological Seminary. He has served congregations in Hospers, Iowa and South Holland, Illinois. Most recently he was Senior Pastor of Christ Memorial Church in Holland, Michigan. Mike is committed to biblical preaching and leading congregations to fulfill their God-given vision. He is excited to join the people and staff at Faith. Mike enjoys family, exercise, and Michigan State football.

Charlie Contreras, Pastor of Spiritual Formation & Leadership

Charlie graduated from Northwestern College and attended Fuller Theological Seminary. He has served at several churches in Southern California. Most recently, he was on staff at the Anaheim Vineyard. He has a passion to see the leaders developed and unleashed to use their gifts in the church and community. Charlie has enjoyed watching Faith Church grow and become a regional church that is actively drawing in the disconnected to Jesus Christ. He enjoys gardening and spending time with his wife Anne and their two children Gabriel & Gracie.

Dave Weemhoff, Cedar Lake Campus Pastor

Dave graduated from Trinity Christian College with a degree in history and secondary education. He taught and coached for nine years at Chicago Christian High School. Dave came to staff at Faith Church in 2005 along with his wife Karla as Children's Ministry directors. Dave has transitioned into the role of Cedar Lake Campus Pastor and Multi-Site Director for Faith Church. He is excited about being a part of a movement to reproduce churches and leaders that expand God's Kingdom.

Jason DeVries, Valparaiso Campus Pastor

Jason joined the staff in March of 2004 following careers in corporate training & landfill management. After working in Treasureland, Volunteer Ministries and Spiritual Development he now serves as our Campus Pastor for Faith-Valpo and as the Executive Director of U-Turn Ministries, an organization birthed from Faith Church that helps other churches reach the next generation. Jason and his wife Kristin, who also grew up at Faith, live in Dyer with their three children:  Anneke, Justin and Kate.  Jason will graduate June, 2011 with his MDiv from Bethel Seminary in St. Paul, MN.

Ron Citlau, Hammond Campus Pastor

Ron graduated from University of California, Riverside in 2002 and is currently pursuing his MDIV from Western Theological Seminary.  He has served in ministry positions in Southern California and Kansas City.  His primary responsibility at Faith Church is as pastor of Faith Church, Hammond.  Ron has a heart for the lost and for the city.  When he isn’t working, he loves to be with his wife Amy and their three boys Jack, Sawyer & Eli.

Scott Gibson, Care Pastor

My name is Scott Gibson, but some of you might know me as Reggie. My areas of responsibilities include serving as Care Pastor and overseeing Celebrate Recovery. I have had the privilege of serving on the Elder board for 11 years. You’ll see me from time to time teaching classes and preaching sermons.  I have been married for 21 years to my beautiful wife, Dawn, and have four children.
