Staff Leaders

	Larry Bolt, Executive Administrator After serving for twenty-eight years as both a public and Christian school principal, he felt God's call to serve as Executive Administrator at Faith Church. Faith Church has been his family's church home for more than 40 years and his role is overseeing the operations of the church. He considers it a blessing to be a part of the staff here.
	Al Evers, Executive Administrator Al has been a member of Faith Church for 30+ years; he has served at Faith in various roles as a volunteer. Al’s work experience includes running a family business, serving as a regional director for a corporation and as an independent business owner. Recently Al has been called to serve Faith Church on a part time basis as the Executive Administrator along with Larry Bolt; he looks forward to serving our Lord and the Church in this new calling.
	Brett Dood, Catalyst Pastor Brett Dood (pronounced like “Road” with a “D”) comes to us from West Michigan where Brett was the pastor to 20’s and 30’s at Christ Memorial Church in Holland. He is a passionate guy that loves to connect with people and have fun. His heart beats for the gospel and the transformation that is found in Jesus Christ. He is an avid sports fan, a self-proclaimed “nut” and has coached both basketball and football at the high school level. Brett with his wife Sarah have two sons, Jacob and Joshua that bring a whole new level of excitement to their home. He loves the outdoors, reading, relaxing, and connecting with you!
	Karla Weemhoff, Mini-Church Director Karla Weemhoff is a former high school chemistry teacher who now leads the Mini-Church ministry of Faith Church. She has been attending Faith Church since 1997 and has seen God grow this church in amazing ways. She has a passion to help people connect with God and others through small group community. Her husband Dave is the Multi-Site Director and they have four children: Kassidy, Annie, Chloe and Zander.
	Corrie Boomsma, Mission Director Corrie graduated from Olivet Nazarene University with a degree in Social Work and a minor in Youth Ministry. She has served in several countries including South Africa, Panama, and Peru; as well as in New Orleans assisting in post-Katrina long-term relief and development before joining Faith Church staff. She is excited to be a part of discovering what Faith Church's role is in making His name great among the nations.
	Dave Gruthusen, Student Ministries Pastor Dave grew up in Chicagoland, went to college in Minnesota, seminary in Deerfield, IL, and has been a youth pastor since 1990. He likes the Cubs AND the White Sox…the way it should be! His most obscure Bible hero is Ehud, the left-handed judge. He married his college sweetheart, Kresson, in 1988, and they live in Dyer with their three children: Tyler (1996), Jordan (1998), and Talia (2000). Dave wants each student at Faith Church to be captivated by Christ and mobilized to do the works He has prepared for us to do. All because Jesus is the hope of the world and because His Word is our life!
	Jason Siegfried, Student Ministries High School Pastor After five years of full time ministry at SpringHill Camp in Evart, MI, Jason came on staff at Faith Church in 2009 and soon thereafter met his wonderful wife Valerie Joy! They have been married since 2010 and enjoy life together in Crown Point, IN. Jason loves worshipping and serving at Faith Church, and is thrilled to be the pastor to an amazing group of high school students who are learning how to love God, love people, and prove it. He loves meeting new students, spending time with students, seeing them grow and learn, and helping to provide a biblical perspective in their lives!
	Phil Krygsheld, Children's Ministry Director Shari and Phil have three children, Josie, Layton, and Jensen and live in Crown Point. We enjoy spending time together as a family and learning how to love God and love the people He brings into our lives. Phil is honored to lead the incredible servant volunteers and staff that connect children to Jesus Christ at their level for God’s glory.
	Ryan Matthysse, Director of Worship & Arts Ryan Matthysse serves as the Director of Worship and Arts. Overseeing our weekend worship services, Ryan has a passion for helping others worship Jesus Christ. Over the past few years, he has also been involved in different mission organizations and as well as our own church mission team. When he’s not playing the accordian or running marathons, he’s probably cheering for the U of M Wolverines. Ryan lives with his wife, Susan, and 3 children in Crown Point, IN.
