Our goal is to use the key learnings we acquired from our church's "U-Turn" and provide space for your church to process where the Lord is calling you. Faith desires to be an avenue for churches to be trained with new and attractive methods for conducting their church's ministries. Our prayer is to see every church succeed in the mission that God has given them.

Dave Ferguson -  Dave helped turn Community Christian Church into the church it is today; an innovative, multi-site, missional church with nine locations in the Chicagoland area. Over the past 20 years, the average attendance has grown from 5 people to now over 5,500.
