We are glad you are interested in joining the Journey by becoming an apprentice, leader, or coach for a Mini-Church at Faith Church. Mini-Churches are the primary spiritual growth vehicle at Faith whereby we aim to “grow the connected.”
A Mini-Church is a Caring, Authentic, Reproducing, and Serving community. Our goal is to provide a variety of Mini-Churches at Faith in different areas of ministry with varying levels of personal and spiritual care, encouraging growth to the next level.

Mini-Church apprentices, leaders, and coaches are some of the most strategic people in the church. They help people connect mature in Christ, members of our body. We look for common qualities in our Mini-Church leadershipteam. and move from being 'just one of the masses,' to fully connected, mature in Christ, members of our body. We look for common qualities in our Mini-Church leadership team.
First, we look for faithfulness to God and to the ministry at Faith Church. Second, we look for your availability to invest time and energy into your Mini-Church. Third, we also look for an enthusiasm to live out the Mini-Church vision and to see people spiritually mature. Fourth, we look for willing growth, including agreement with Faith's doctrinal beliefs exhibited by personal practice. Fifth, we look for honesty in relationships expressed through authenticity and transparency.

As servant leaders we are called to examine our relationship with God and grow in our faith. Inspired by the need to reach the religiously disconnected, apprentices, leaders, and coaches should look to expand their Biblical foundation, daily living patterns, and walk with God. We aren't asking for perfection; what we seek are people who are committed to Christ and to the mission of Faith Church. We ask that you read the Bible, pray, and be ready for a wonderful ride! While leadership in the Mini-Church ministry is a tremendous responsibility and a significant time commitment, the rewards are numerous. We are excited to have you join us and know that you will grow on this Journey. You will be given the privilege of seeing people grow in their relationship with Christ. You will build relationships that are deep and meaningful. A lot will be asked of you as a leader, but much more will be given.
